Danny Weiss, Vice President Business Development
Danny is a senior executive with vast experience in international sales and business development activities.
Prior to joining FriCSo, Danny served as a senior director for Comverse, a NASDAQ-100 company, where he held several positions, including managing the business development activities and managing the European sales for its Mobile Data Division. Danny was a co-founder of Danbel Ltd, a company specializing in the manufacture and marketing of first aid kits and medical equipment . Danny served on the board of directors of Atarim Development Corp., an Israeli governmental company developing and operating strategic tourism and entertainment facilities in Tel Aviv and is currently serving on the board of directors of the Israel Mobile Association, an Israeli NPO helping Israeli start-ups to penetrate foreign markets.
Danny holds a Bachelor degree in Law (LL.B) from the Tel-Aviv University, Israel and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Derby University, UK.
Rick Vanden Boom, President FriCSO Inc.
Mr. Vanden Boom has worked in the area of factory automation and technology for over 20 years and has extensive experience in sales management and operations of global technology companies.
Mr. Vanden Boom joined FriCSo from CogniTens Inc., a leading provider of 3D vision-based solutions to the automotive and aerospace industries, where he held several positions including VP of sales and VP of operations. Previously he served in sales and account management positions at Cognex Corporation and Perceptron Inc., both global leaders in machine vision. In addition, his experience includes factory automation in the areas of automated guided vehicles and robotics.

Shai Aviezer, Vice President Research & Development
Mr. Aviezer is a senior R&D executive with 14 years of experience in multidisciplinary technological R&D projects.
Prior to FriCSo Mr. Aviezer served in various positions in leading R&D governmental labs in the fields of applied material science and integrated systems design with many inventions in the field of thermoset polymer resins , coatings ,adhesives and composite materials .
In addition Mr. Aviezer lead a team in Orbotech ltd. ( a well known Israeli company for automated test system for PCB & flat panel displays ) towards the development of unique ink for inkjet application in LCD panels .
There after took the position of a project manager in a former Printar, a start up company, leading the development of revolutionary solder mask inkjet ink and process integration for a state of the art inkjet printer for the electronic industry.
Former to this Mr. Aviezer developed unique process for the manufacturing and purification of metallic silver nano-particles, leading to formulation of special conductive inkjet-able "nano-ink" with extremely low sintering temperatures. The resulting patent was sold to a start up company in Israel .

Michael Buber, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Buber has diversified experience in accompanying a broad range of Israeli and US high-tech companies.
Prior to joining FriCSo, Mr. Buber was a Manager at Deloitte. Mr. Buber was responsible inter alia for accompanying Israeli companies in their business development activities, Sarbanes Oxley act implementation, IFRS conversation, Tax and IPO’s in Israel and abroad.
Mr. Buber is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University, Israel.
Dr. Boris Shamshidov, Chief Scientist
Dr. Shamshidov is an expert in tribology.
Prior to joining FriCSo, he was a researcher at the tribological laboratory of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Shamshidov held research, development and scientific positions in Israeli high-tech companies. Previously he was an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Automobile and Road Institute, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and a Senior Lecturer at the Agriculture Mechanization Institute, Tashkent. In both institutes he conducted tribology research.
Dr. Shamshidov holds an MSc. and a Ph.D in Tribology from the Agriculture Mechanization Institute, Tashkent.
